Chef/Owner Kevin Quiet draws on the abundant offerings of the local farming and fishing industries to create a menu that interprets traditional Italian fare through the lens of Maine's unique culinary landscape. Our dishes showcase both the freshness of the ingredients as well as the impeccable care taken in their preparation and presentation. Our menu features a variety of fresh local seafood, our own handmade pastas, as well as Italian favorites like Risotto and our namesake dish, ribollita.
